IDS Academy is a collaborative advanced training space for authors and producers. It promotes the development of projects within the industry, thus responding to the current demands of the global market. 

IDS Academy, dedicated to documentary authors, takes place in collaboration with the Film Commission Torino Piemonte Foundation, in synergy with and as part of Torino Film Industry‘s program. Up to now, the path taken by IDS Academy has made it possible to expand and diversify the landscape of professional updating, networking opportunities and initiatives aimed at both developing audiovisual projects and improving professional skills in a pre-competitive environment.

For 2020, IDS Academy has therefore confirmed its original goal of creating a series of integrated training and networking activities, operating in the field of continuous training and entrepreneurial incubation, creating an environment for the development of projects, and of professionals aspiring to enter the international market.
